With Tornos Gamma you can produce medium or high complexity parts with the best tailored machine without question. Simple and ergonomic, the Gamma 20/6 offers easy access to all the tool positions. It is easy to use and maintain thanks in particular to its automatic lubrication unit, a swarf tray and a high volume removable oil pan. Integrated numerical control (FANUC 31i-A) and ISO programming also facilitate its use. The Gamma 20 is available in two versions, with either 5 or 6 axes. Bar turning and reworking machining operations happen simultaneously, to ensure optimal productivity. In 5 axes, up to 35 tools can be used, including 11 rotating tools. I have been extremely happy with my Urban Altoids Survival Tin, however there are certain situations where the thickness of it does not lend itself for "fashion".
